Toyota is working to ensure the future of efficient transportation by redefining urban mobility with the i-Road concept car. Designed to combine the potential of both a car and a motorcycle, this pod-like vehicle is battery powered and emits zero CO2 emissions, making it both attractive and environmentally friendly.

As you can see, driving a Toyota i-Road guarantees a very unique and undoubtedly futuristic driving experience. Toyota has likened driving this hyper-compact concept car to skiing in that the car's three wheels all move independently of each other. When it comes to taking driving cues from motorcycles, the Toyota i-Road is able to lean from one side to the other when taking corners. Don't worry though, the car gives the driver ample warning if he's going too fast and is in danger of tipping. Meant for short drives and city roads, the Toyota i-Road runs off of a lithium-ion battery that takes only three hours to charge and delivers an estimated 30 miles between charges.

While Toyota has no current plans to release the i-Road in to North America just yet, we hope it can make its debut in the Mountain States Toyota showroom soon. Until then, visit us at 201 W 70th Ave, Denver, CO 80221 to explore Toyota's current family of vehicles. Our sales team is at the ready to help you find your next Toyota.
